Her election marks a significant milestone in her long-standing involvement with the Chamber and reaffirms her continued influence on the maritime industry.

The election took place during the Chamber’s Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2025, during which a new Board of Directors — comprising esteemed and highly experienced industry professionals — was appointed.

This year’s election is especially significant, as it marks the first time in the Chamber's history that women have been elected to serve as Vice Presidents. It represents an important step toward stronger gender representation and more inclusive leadership in the maritime sector.
